Privacy Notice
Mengde (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Mengde," "we," "us," or "our") operates an internal application that connects to the Amazon Ads API to manage, monitor, report on, and optimize advertising for our own Amazon advertising accounts. This notice explains how the application handles information.
1. Scope
This notice applies to information processed through our internal Amazon Ads API integration. The application is used only by authorized personnel for our own business and advertising accounts. It is not a consumer-facing service.
2. Information we process
Depending on the Amazon Ads features we use, the application may process:
- Advertising account, profile, marketplace, and portfolio identifiers.
- Campaign, ad group, product ad, targeting, bid, budget, placement, and delivery status information.
- Advertising performance and reporting metrics, such as impressions, clicks, spend, attributed orders, attributed sales, ACOS, and ROAS.
- Authentication and authorization information required to access the Amazon Ads API, including OAuth tokens and related technical metadata.
- Operational logs needed to secure, troubleshoot, and audit the integration.
We do not use the application to intentionally collect Amazon shoppers' names, addresses, payment details, or other direct consumer identifiers.
3. How we use information
We process the information above to:
- Create, update, pause, resume, and organize advertising campaigns.
- Manage portfolios, bids, budgets, targeting, and budget pacing.
- Monitor delivery and performance and produce internal reports.
- Apply authorized, rule-based advertising optimizations and alerts.
- Maintain security, diagnose errors, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process this information for our legitimate business interests in operating and optimizing our own advertising, to perform our agreements with Amazon, and where necessary to comply with applicable law. Access to Amazon Ads data is authorized through Login with Amazon and can be revoked through the relevant Amazon account.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Amazon Ads data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that support hosting, security, storage, monitoring, or other technical operations under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, and service integrity.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. These include access controls, least-privilege permissions, encrypted transmission, protected credential storage, monitoring, and credential rotation or revocation when appropriate. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, for security and audit requirements, or as required by law. OAuth credentials are retained while the authorized integration remains active and are deleted or replaced after revocation, expiration, or when no longer required. Other data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary.
8. Your choices and rights
An authorized Amazon account user may revoke the application's access through the applicable Amazon account controls. Where applicable, requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict information may be sent to amzusgo@outlook.com. We may need to verify the request before responding.
9. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers and limit processing to the purposes described in this notice.
10. Children
The application is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through it.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our integration, practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
